Asako Serizawa
Asako Serizawa holds degrees from Tufts University, Brown University, and Emerson College, where she received her MFA in creative writing. Her stories have appeared in The Southern Review, Prairie Schooner, The Antioch Review, and The Hudson Review. In addition to grants from the Ludwig Vogelstein Foundation and the Vermont Studio Center, her work has been awarded a Glenna Luschei Prairie Schooner Award, a Pushcart Prize, and two O. Henry Prizes. A 2015-2016 Fiction Fellow at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, she is currently finishing a collection of interconnected stories, which includes "Willow Run."
