Julialicia Case’s creative nonfiction and fiction have appeared in Willow Springs, Water-Stone Review, The Pinch, Descant, Quarterly West, Confrontation, Carolina Quarterly, and other journals. She has received several awards including a Fulbright Fellowship to Germany in 2006, and the University of New Orleans Writing Contest for Study Abroad in 2011. She graduated from the master's program in creative writing at the University of California, Davis, and currently lives in Potsdam, Germany where she is working on a collection of short stories exploring technology, social networking, and the new kinds of stories these media make possible.
