Svetlana Lavochkina

Svetlana Lavochkina was born and educated in Ukraine and currently resides in Leipzig, Germany. She teaches English, translates Ukrainian poetry, and co-edits the anthology A Long and Winding Road. Her fiction was shortlisted for the 2010 Million Writers Award, published in Chamber Four Fiction Anthology, Eclectica, The Literary Review, Chapman, and is forthcoming in Mad Hatters' Review. She is working on her first novel.
